Q1. How do I link my Outlook Add-In to my Happay account?
A. You can click the "SIGN IN"on landing page and you need enter your credentials on our secured login.
Q2. Where does my created expense appear?
A. An expense saved will be directly created on your Happay Expense account. You can check them by logging on to the Expense portal or Using the Happay Enterprise application on Android or iOS.
Q3. Does the mail get attached as an attachment?
A. If a mail is required to be attached to an expense as proof, the "Attach mail as Invoice" can be selected before clicking "Create Expense".
Q4. Can I link multiple Happay accounts to my Happay Outlook Add-In??
A. No. Right now, the Outlook Add-In does not support multiple Happay accounts.
